利用規約 /Terms of Use

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ikiera（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約に同意のうえで本アプリをご利用いただきます。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the ikiera application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

第1条（適用） / Application

本規約は、ユーザーと開発者（ikiera運営チーム）との間のすべての関係に適用されます。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all relationships between the user (“User”) and the developer/operation team of ikiera (“we”, “our”, “us”) concerning the use of the ikiera application (“App”).

第2条（禁止事項） / Prohibited Conduct

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users shall not:

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為/Violate any applicable laws or public order and morals;
• 本アプリの機能を不正に利用する行為/Exploit the App in an unauthorized manner;
• サーバー等への過度なアクセスや攻撃/Perform excessive access, attacks, or other actions that overload our servers;
• 他のユーザーや第三者に不利益を与える行為/Cause disadvantage or damage to other users or third parties.

第3条（サービスの提供・変更・停止） / Provision, Modification, Suspension

本アプリは、以下の場合に予告なく機能の変更・一時停止・終了を行うことがあります。

We may change, suspend, or terminate any function of the App without prior notice in the following cases:

• システムの保守または更新/System maintenance or updates;
• 外部サービス（例：API、サーバー）の障害/Failures of external services (e.g., API, servers);
• 運営上の判断によるもの/Operational reasons at our discretion.
